Appointments and visits
Can I come without an appointment?
It depends on how busy we are; patients with appointments are seen first. If you message us on WhatsApp before coming, we can tell you straight away whether there is a suitable time that day.
Are appointments available outside working hours?
Physiotherapy appointments can be scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 19:00. If this does not fit around your working hours, you can message us on WhatsApp.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. Because our orthopaedic specialists work at our clinic, assessment and treatment can take place in the same place.
Is there parking?
The clinic has its own free car park.
Tests and imaging
Can I have an X-ray at the clinic?
Yes. We have a digital X-ray unit at the clinic; if needed, the X-ray is taken during the same visit.
Can I have an MRI scan at the clinic?
MRI scans are not carried out at our clinic. If needed, your doctor will refer you, and we will review the results together.
Physiotherapy
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the complaint. After the assessment, you will be given a clear number of sessions and time frame.
Will the same physiotherapist see me at every session?
Yes. The physiotherapist who prepares your programme also delivers your sessions.
